      6.It skidded … (exista si “skip”, care e “a sari peste ceva”)
      La 8 nu e chiar ce zice prop. in romana: “police wouldn’t pull over” = “politia nu va trage pe dreapta” (adica sensul e schimbat)

    • Felicitari, Narcis! Si tu ai fost rapid si ai tradus bine!
      La expresii nu am ce comenta, doar alte chestii:
      1. …pulled… ca e trecut in romana
      4. “even” dupa “doesn’t”, apoi sa nu incurcam “now” (acum) cu “know” (a sti)
      5. …runS on…, e persoana a treia singular
      8 – future-in-the-past pentru ca vorbeste din perspectiva trecutului (a sperat)
      Iar aici traducerea nu e chiar ce zice in romana…a pune pe cineva sa faca ceva = make somebody do something

      Expresiile sunt puse foarte bine, doar cateva ajustari pe la alte chestii.
      De ex. la 2 fara al doilea “you” nu mai are ce cauta acolo, e infinitiv (sa ma ajuti)
      La 5 e prezent si nu trecut
      7 …you CAN’T speed up – ar fi exact ce e in romana
      8 – avem un future-in-the-past pentru ca vorbeste din perspectiva trecutlui (a sperat)
